Question: What do you do better acoustic guitar, like Martin or Taylor?
I would like to buy a new guitar, which is high end. I love The Martins and the Taylors. But there is something about the Taylors, the real draw to me. I love going to the Martins and the gentle sounds better with my voice. So I ask you, what guitar do you like better, the Taylor or Martin?
Answer: I've been playing a Martin D-28 since about 1970. I have played many others. Gibsons, Taylors, Guilds, Yamahas ... you name it. But my old Martin is getting better with age, and is truly one of the best sounding guitars I have ever heard have. Taylor guitars are huge. Probably the only "other" guitar, which gets up in the Martin / Gibson league, if you have made a hand Gallagher or something. But I have to go with Martin in general. Dont worry about the "tone" and your voice. That's not why you choose a guitar. They choose how It sounds and feels like.
