Question: I have a 9VDC cable for my Line 6 Pocket POD Express, but it only works with batteries?
It works with batteries, but I hate buying batteries. I had a string 9VDC in my house and I saw that this is what you need in the Line 6 Pocket Pod Express connector. It fits perfectly in it, but it works not. It is not because of the string, because it works well with other things. No light is lit or something. I can only make it work with the batteries. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Answer: It can make things from a second 1st The polarity of the 9VDC cable is wrong (example: + is reversed in the middle - on the outside, if it should be) it work on the other things because they're so wired. It is to provide a reference in the plastic of the POD in the vicinity of the power cord plug-in that tells you which way it should. 2nd There is a separation within the POD-diode, which has burned out and needs to be replaced.
